SJA Hollistics
Welcome to your Go Slow Friday Letter, and the festive season which is well underway with all the anticipation and merriment that might be leaving you feeling more frazzled than in the mood for frolics.

As the winter solstice approaches, the most yin time of year - we may be feeling called to go inwards, recharge and renew. So ditch those calls to set intentions and make resolutions - and focus on rest instead.

Thanks for being part of the Holistics community where we take care of ourselves using practices from Eastern Medicine.

Forget the calls to set intentions and create vision boards "for 2022 success".

What we really need right now to calm nerves, keep our feet on the ground and bring a sense of release and relief, is rest.
