As well as the seasonal transition with the imminent arrival of the monsoon rains to Goa, I have been feeling my own need for change. This weekend I am heading to Dharamsala an Indian hill town and spiritual home of the Dalai Lama in north India.

I'll be swapping the rains for cooler mountain air and the dramatic skylines of the Himalayas. I am using self-Shiatsu to maintain focus and balance to help me move through this 'in-between' stage.

How to navigate the “in-between” stages of life
