Welcome to your Go Slow Friday Letter, coming to you from a sun-drenched Dharamsala! The white peaks of the Himalaya glimmer in the distance - this is a beautiful time of year to be in north India!

Did you celebrate the summer solstice or see last night's supermoon that lit up the night sky? Appearing up to 14% larger and 30% brighter than a full moon, supermoons create a feeling of closeness and shine a light on our inner world, helping us to connect more deeply to our lives.

These are powerful transitions and mark the most yang time of year, when energies are high and we can be filled with the joys of summer. With so much yang energy, the Shen (the spirit of the Heart) may feel a little scattered or unbalanced. Here's some tips for maintaining Heart harmony.

Thanks for being part of this holistics community where we look after ourselves with the power of Eastern Medicine,
