It's your Go Slow Friday letter - I hope you are well wherever this finds you.

As the virus surges again in India, it is at times like these that I rely even more on my daily practices like Qi Gong and self-Shiatsu to help me feel calm and grounded.

Adopting daily practices to boost our health and immunity, and doing so as a part of a regular self-care practice got me thinking about how we maintain our health. This week's story focuses on the need for a prevention mindset, and how best to embrace this.
