It's your Go Slow Friday letter - I hope you are well wherever this finds you.

We seem to be speeding through April and with seasonal change into Spring, some of us may be feeling unsettled. This week I've written about how practices from Eastern Medicine help us return to balance.

This week's The Goa Sessions - Meditate with Me video was filmed on my local beach approaching sunset. The sun peeked out behind clouds and then disappeared again which created a blend of pinks, blues and greys in a late afternoon sky of seemingly ever-changing light.

Returning to balance with Eastern Medicine

Feeling stressed, anxious, stiff or confused?
