How to use these videos
Find a quiet space, make yourself comfortable seated or lying down, press play, and follow along either focusing on the video if it helps you to clear your mind, or close your eyes. If your mind wanders, try tuning into the sounds or take a deep breath and continue following your inhales and exhales.
