Guided Online Sessions

Equip your people with easy and acceessible practices from Eastern Medicine. Participants can start using these practices immediately to benefit their own health, and share their knowledge with others.

A series of sessions helps people solidify their new skills and grow their confidence.

These are vital life skills – “the essentials we didn’t learn in school!” – and anyone can get involved.

 

Sarah supported our Step up for 30 campaign in 2021. This was a virtual challenge to get active every day which we ran in April as part of our Bowel Cancer Awareness Month. Sarah ran a lunchtime session sharing energy and body work skills from Shiatsu and QiGong. Sarah created an informative class in a safe and welcoming environment and our participants really appreciated the class – it was a lovely addition to the schedule of activities for the month.”

How it works

I speak your language! Sessions are adapted to the needs of your team, considering factors such as age, location, pre-existing health challenges, and nature of your business.

Delivered in relatable and easy to understand language.

Non gender-specific and inclusive.

My aim is for everyone to feel supported and leave feeling a sense of achievement. I supply a handout after the session for you to share, to help remind people about the practices i have introduced.

A series of sessions is recommended to solidfy knowledge and grow confidence. Follow-up sessions can be scheduled to further improve learning and provide seasonal support.

 

 

My Corporate Journey

I worked deskbound roles since the age of 23 years old. I loved my work but by my mid-30s, my health had started suffering. prolonged colds, poor digestion and even heart palpitations forced me to re-consider my priorities.

 

I have first-hand experience of working fast-paced jobs in demanding environments. I also know the benefits of simple practices to support positive health in every sense – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Re-framing health as a non-negotiable and using practices from Eastern Medicine totally changed how I take care of myself.

Now I guide others in doing the same – healthy people make better teams.

About Me

I founded SJA Holistics to help people get well, feel great, and stay well using the power of practices derived from Eastern Medicine including Shiatsu, Reiki, Acupressure and Qi Gong.

For over a decade I’ve worked with Ki and have first-hand experience of how energy- and body-work can lead to positive health. Working with the energy body as well as the physical can bring profound changes to mental, emotional and physical issues.

After completing three years of study for the Professional Shiatsu Diploma, I honed my experience working voluntarily for six months in a national UK charity giving Shiatsu to people recovering from substance misuse.

It is my mission to help you recognise your own self-healing ability and to empower you with the skills and knowledge you need to dramatically improve your self-care.
